About Danielle Herzog

dani with mustacheBy day, she’s an elementary school counselor.  By night, well, she’s tired.

But, she has had the pleasure of writing for some great folks like:The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, Parenting, The Huffington Post, Nickelodeon’s NickMom, Mamalode, AOL, What to Expect, Felicity Huffman’s What The Flicka, Omaha World Herald, Inspired Living, Seasons, Barnes and Noble, as well as other national and local sites and publications. If it is part of her life, she’ll write about it.  And if it isn’t, she’ll just change the names to protect the not-so-innocent.

Additionally, Danielle created the successful blog, Martinis and Minivans, a blog for anyone who ever needed a martini after driving a minivan around all day. The blog garnered over 25,000 combined followers during it’s three year run.

Danielle has also spoken at numerous conferences and events about writing and blogging, including BlogHer and SITS. She also is an on-air reporter and correspondent for television opportunities including Moms Everyday and local and national programs.
